With over 35 years' experience, Rita specialises in leadership, governance and organisational development across the public, community and voluntary sectors. Since founding Kearney Consultants in 1998, she has helped businesses strengthen governance, develop strategy and build long-term organisational capability through a practical, collaborative approach.
